Begin cooking pasta according to package instructions
While pasta cooks, in a large skillet heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. When it begins to ripple add the sliced mushrooms, saute for 6 minutes. Add italian season, basil, pepper, salt, oinon powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and white wine, saute for 2 more mintues until mushrooms start to shrink down.
While mushrooms saute whisk together flour, chicken both, milk, salt, and pepper pour it into the sauted mushrooms, bring to a simmer about 3-5 minutes
Add shredded chesse, stir until melted
mix in spinach allow to wilt
add drained pasta to skillet, toss to coat
serve warm, granish with parsley and soy sauce. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed
