Hash Brown potato casserole
Ingredients
1 bg 32 oz frozen hash browns
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chedder cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Put 1 bag 32 oz frozen hash browns into a 9 by 13 dish
Mix 8 oz sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chedder cheese
heat and pour over potatoes
toss 1 cup crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and put on top bake of 350 F or 1 hour.
